As a member of the Redmond Community, the owner of Wine Not Paint strongly believes in giving back. We appreciate all the support from our customers and community and for that reason we host a “Paint It for A Purpose” night.
We are also willing to donate to live and silent auctions around the community. We are honored to be part of the Redmond & Central Oregon community!
When you choose to host a fundraiser at Wine Not Paint, we will donate up to 50% of the night’s proceeds back to the cause. The majority of fundraisers are held on weekend afternoons or evenings with a 10 person minimum. The event includes a two hour painting session and time before and after to make presentations or toasts. We want to thank you for supporting Wine Not Paint! We believe that creating beautiful works of art and experiences while raising money for a cause that is dear to you is a fantastic relationship!
If you’re interested in hosting a Fundraiser at Wine Not Paint, there is no cost for you. Please note that non-profits must have a 501(c) 3 status and must be able to provide us with a federal tax ID number.
We will advertise your Fundraising event on our calendar, Facebook and email newsletters.
Because this is YOUR Fundraiser, we expect that you will publicize the event, encouraging your friends, family and colleagues to attend.
We are committed to hosting one Fundraiser per month, and these spots fill up quickly. Please plan your Fundraiser months ahead of time.

Host your next event with us. Have you been looking for a fun and creative way to celebrate a special event with your friends, family or co-workers? Turn your next celebration into a Paint Party! It’s sure to be a “talked about” event not soon forgotten~where you can take home not only your masterpiece but an experience.
Benefits of booking a Private Party . . .
You have our space all to yourself!
The price is the same per person as our public paint sessions. We require a minimum of 5 guests for a Private Party. Our Private Parties require a non-refundable $150 cancellation fee to reserve your time slot.
You may bring your iPod, smartphone or MP3 player, or use ours, to listen to your favorite music.
You may arrive up to 45 minutes before the party to decorate (no confetti please) or drop off food, drinks or cake. Please invite your guests to arrive about 15-20 minutes before your scheduled party time.
Choose a painting from our gallery collection and let us know which painting you would like to feature for your party. One of our artists would be happy to create an original artwork for your party for an additional $50 fee.
Our artist will be available for 3 hours to assist with step-by-step guidance as you creatively put paint to canvas and create your selected painting.
If you would like additional time in our studio, there is a $50 per hour fee. We are happy to accommodate as much time as you would like for your private party for socializing, opening gifts, dancing, whatever your heart desires. We do ask that you request any additional time when booking your party so we can appropriately accommodate you on our schedule.
Each of your guests will leave the party with the masterpiece they created!
You or your guests are responsible for supplying any snacks, cake, etc. We do not provide food for any private events. However, we do supply all drinkware, flatware and tableware. We also have a number of restaurants near us, as well as, we can recommend local catering companies to assist you.
We include a complimentary glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage per person.
We include all art supplies such as the canvas, brushes, paints, step-by-step instruction, apron & easel.
And the best part…we do all the clean up!
